    Emailing a professional invitation to your customers is a great way to ask them to visit your booth. We make it easy for you to customize the invitation with your company name, booth number logo, and product information.  Your VIP Guest Invites Dashboard can be accessed at the link below or in the CORE.

    Once you input your information, the invitation will automatically populate with your personalized information.

    Once downloaded, you can attach to emails, post on your website, or create an image from the PDF and insert the invite into communications. Images can be created by clicking “File,” then selecting “Save as other,” then “Image,” and then “JPEG.”

    Create customized web banner ads and email signature graphic to showcase your company’s participation and booth location. Each ad includes your company name and company logo. Use the ads on your website, in your retargeting and Google Ads campaigns, as an email signature graphic, and other communications with prospects.

    We are generating a lot of excitement and media interest for PROCESS EXPO and are interested in finding out about new products and special events you, our exhibitors, have planned, so we can help you promote your company and new product(s). Here are a few public relations tools we recommend you use prior to the event:

    • Access to Registered Press List — Many of the industry trade publications and general business press have registered to attend PROCESS EXPO and we encourage you to send press invites to them to stop by your booth. Email us for a complete list of press who have registered and those that have been invited.
    • On-site Press Office — We will have a working Press Room at the McCormick Place Convention Center and encourage exhibitors to display up to 25 information kits, which can be dropped off on-site. Access is restricted to accredited members of the working press.
    • Press Conferences/Events — Are you planning a special event or press conference for the media? Let us know about your plans and we will include it on our schedule of events for the media. We can also assist with meeting room, audio visual needs, and catering.
