Customized Promotional Packages via CSG Creative

The following are customized opportunities for exhibitors looking for more support and creative services to design and execute PROCESS EXPO 2019 pre-show promotion campaigns.

Exhibitors interested in engaging the CSG team must commit by May 1, 2019.

Company Branded Brochures and Mailing Fulfillment
Using existing corporate brand or design equities, CSG will design a 4”x9” or similar, 6-panel promotional brochure.
Fee: $3,250 (does not include postage, printing, mailing, or fulfillment costs).

Email Strategy, Copywriting and Deployment
Using existing company branding and design equities, CSG will design a custom company branded HTML template. In addition, CSG will schedule and write up to five emails and deploy to exhibitor’s database.
Fee: $4,950 (does not include $0.03/email for distribution service).

Company Branded Full Page Print Advertisement
CSG will write copy and using existing branding and design equities, design a full-page ad for print insertions.
Fee: $1,500/ad.

Digital Advertising Suites
CSG will design and work with exhibitor on messaging for a suite of four banner ads using existing brand and design equities.
Fee: $1,000 (4 ads).


Terms and Conditions

These services are available to FPSA member companies only; maximum of 25 companies total.

CSG will consider expanding the opportunity to other interested exhibitors based on requested scope and agency workflow. Exhibitors will be considered on a first come, first served basis once the program rolls out.

Turn-around time on these projects varies from three to six weeks. Schedules and other deliverables
will be agreed upon when scope of work and contract has been executed.

  • Packages and pricing are available to FPSA member companies only; maximum of 25 companies. CSG will consider expanding the opportunity to other interested exhibitors based on requested scope and agency workflow. Exhibitors will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis once the program is launched.
  • CSG will invoice for a 50% deposit on the requested scope of work at the time of contract signing. CSG will provide a detailed schedule with related deadlines and specifications for receiving art files, images, and other supporting documents required to execute the requested deliverables. CSG will not be responsible for the caliber and quality of the final product for exhibitors who fail to meet required deadlines or are unable to provide acceptable graphic files and high-resolution images. CSG will not be able to guarantee that the work will be completed in time for pre-show promotion if exhibitors do not adhere to required deadlines.
  • CSG will include two rounds of revisions after presentation of the first concept for each project. Additional rounds may be subject to additional design and production fees. Estimates will be provided if additional fees will be charged.
  • All final approved graphic files will be shared with exhibitors as requested. Exhibitors will have full creative rights to the work produced by CSG.
  • All email data must be provided to CSG in an Excel or convertible data format. CSG is not responsible for the deliverability of emails if the data provided is not accurate. All exhibitors must be responsible for providing GDPR-compliant data for any mailing and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Exhibitors looking for a fresh creative concept (i.e. not using existing design equities) for any or all materials will be considered and presented with pricing accordingly.
