Cannabis Makes its Debut at PROCESS EXPO

The legal cannabis market in the United States and Canada has moved by leaps and bounds since the last PROCESS EXPO in 2017 with many investors, both large and small, stepping into the food and beverage industry to take advantage of opportunities where states have legalized medical or recreational marijuana.

These entrepreneurs are introducing new products but face the same challenges that any food processing start up does. How do I ramp up production? How do I assure a consistent formulation for my product? How does food safety come into play? This is where the technical expertise of PROCESS EXPO comes into play.

This year’s educational program includes five different educational sessions for the cannabis market, focusing on a number of different aspects of this dynamic segment of the industry.

These sessions take place on the show floor throughout the week and are open to all attendees.
