Is it the pretty pictures on the posters?
Is it the video display on the plasma?
Is some catchy messaging you’ve got up on your signage?
The truth is, I can get all of that on your website. Is that what your paying all this money to exhibit for? Come on, I’m in a hurry and I’ve come here for one thing. It’s stainless steel. That’s what can make me stop and talk to you. Sure, you’ve got photos and videos of that on the website too but it’s different to see it live. That is what makes me take the time out of my busy schedule to come to a trade show. That is what makes me stop and walk into a booth where I might not know someone.
This is not rocket science and by the way, I’m not telling you something you don’t already know. You know how good your product is. Put it in front of me!
I know. Easier said than done. It’s not like it’s free to show a piece of equipment at a trade show. Well that’s the thing, isn’t it? I guess it all depends on the ROI you are looking to derive from your exhibit.
