Today is Trade Show Tip Tuesday and we're excited to present a new feature: 3-minute interviews with PROCESS EXPO exhibitors and trade show experts.

For our first profile, we’re thrilled and honored to present John Weaver, Sales and Marketing Manager, Lee Industries, Inc., in Philipsburg, PA. John is a veteran exhibitor who has staffed 100s of booths throughout the years. Thank you, John, for taking the time to kick-off our latest exhibitor post!

What are your responsibilities at Lee Industries? How long have you worked there? I manage our Sanitary Valve and Parts & Service divisions, as well as coordinate our tradeshow efforts and serve on the company Marketing team. I have worked at Lee Industries for the past 25 years.

What’s always in your Trade Show Survival Kit? Water and duct tape. Also noise cancelling headphones when flying.

10 Word or less Exhibitor Mantra: Always pay for the higher grade carpet padding…

Guilty Pleasure: What can you not live without? French Onion Soup!

Chicago Deep Dish Pizza or Chicago Dog? Definitely a dog at The Clark St. Dog on the north side of Chicago.

Higher grade carpet padding is always a good idea! Trade show hours are long and convention center floors are unforgiving. Connect with John via e-mail or LinkedIn or learn more about Lee Industries. Thanks, John!
