    Who attends PROCESS EXPO?

    Professionals from all segments of the global food and beverage industry attend the event in search of processing and packaging solutions. The most common job titles of attendees are in engineering, operations, maintenance, production, R&D, quality assurance, marketing and sales, and corporate management. In addition, professionals working for contract manufacturers (co-packers) can build strong relationships with both processing partners and suppliers.     Who exhibits at PROCESS EXPO?

    The show brings together exhibitors that provide processing and packaging solutions throughout the entire cross-section of the food and beverage industry including bakery, beverage, dairy (milk, yogurt, ice cream), meat, seafood, poultry, pet foods and treats, prepared foods, fruits and vegetables, and confectionery. Our suppliers can also serve processors who work for convenient store chains and commissaries as well as the expanding legalized cannabis market.     How do I register to attend the show?

    Online registration will open in early 2021.

    I'm a student. Do I need to register for PROCESS EXPO?

    What is the cost per sq. ft. to exhibit at the show?

    $29/sq.ft. + drayage* for FPSA members; $38/sq.ft. + drayage* for non-members
    *$4.00/sq.ft. for unlimited drayage required for booths over 150 sq.ft., optional for booths 150 sq.ft. or less.

    What sponsorship opportunities are available?

    The sponsorship package will be released in the fall of 2020.

    What is drayage?

    Drayage is the material handling of an exhibitor’s exhibit materials (decoration, equipment, etc.) on-site. In other words, it is the charge for moving the shipment from the docks at McCormick Place to the exhibitor’s booth. To facilitate bringing equipment to exhibit at PROCESS EXPO, show management has negotiated a flat rate ($4.00/sq foot) for drayage, rather than the traditional calculation which was based on the weight of the shipment. It must be noted however that this rate is valid for a one-time spot in the booth and must be coordinated within the exhibitor’s target move-in/move-out windows.

    If an exhibitor can bring in their booth materials without the use of a motorized assistance, they can set up their booth without the use of labor. For more information, see Exhibitor Bill of Rights.

    You will be able to register your booth personnel online once registration opens in January of 2021.
