The cost to register online (pre-show) is $25. Registration will still be open throughout the show and the fee to register on-site will be $50. Exhibitors will have an unlimited number of free passes to distribute.

For an additional $50, attendees can sign up for the PROCESS EXPO educational program, gaining access to over 25 hours-worth of sessions addressing critical issues in today’s food and beverage industry. We recommend you plan your agenda as early as possible to make sure you are able to attend your sessions of choice during your visit to the show.

Networking events are also included in the registration package.


PROCESS EXPO partners with leading publishers of the trade press for the global food and beverage industries. Members of the press who are interested in participating in PROCESS EXPO should contact Amy Reimer at amy@riemercommunications.com.


Exhibitors must also register to secure badges for the show. There is an unlimited number of badges for booth personnel. While exhibitor registration is free, all personnel still must be registered via the online registration site using their unique exhibitor code.


You may reserve your hotel rooms through the registration system. Please use our onsite registration system for making reservations as you will be included in our room block and receive the PROCESS EXPO rate. For your reference, the official PROCESS EXPO hotels are:
