PROCESS EXPO 2013

Early Commitment Saves You Money and Locks in Your Location! Limited-time Offer.

We appreciate your support for PROCESS EXPO 2011! To THANK YOU for your commitment to this year’s show, we’re providing you with a special offer.

Beginning on Thursday, November 3rd at 9:00 AM, you will have the opportunity to secure your preferred booth space for PROCESS EXPO 2013, at the promotional rate of $28/square foot, that is less than the 2011 rate!

Here are the details regarding the space selection process for PROCESS EXPO 2013.

Next week, the 2013 show floor plan will be available for your review. We will once again offer the "mall concept" of floor design first used in 2011, to place larger booths throughout the floor in an effort to stimulate traffic flow throughout the hall. As a result, this opens up a variety of booth space options for all exhibitors.

Your booth contract and deposit will not be required until the end of the 1st quarter of 2012.

This offer will only be available until the close of the show on Friday, November 4th.  If you do not commit, you will not be able to secure this rate or your space until the FPSA Member Round of space selection begins in March of 2012.

We hope you take advantage of this limited-time offer. Check your e-mail for more details soon!

Have You Sent Out Your Complimentary Code?

If you haven't already seen it, please log in to your Exhibitor Dashboard and look for the code under "Listing Information". Use this complimentary code as many times as you would like to invite your customers, prospects, and partners to see you at PROCESS EXPO! Check out this button that you can use to get started promoting.

Press Room, PR Opportunities at PROCESS EXPO

Rolling out new technologies or services at PROCESS EXPO?  Then take advantage of these opportunities to get the word out to trade magazine editors and attendees:

PROCESS EXPO News Connections
Generate interest in your news before you head to Chicago.  Submit releases for posting to ThomasNet News, an industrial portal site that draws approximately 400,000 visitors per month. Click here for more information.

PROCESS EXPO Press Room
Magazine editors often determine which booths they want to visit based on the releases they review in the press room. Drop off your press kits in room S-401A (4th floor above the main concourse) from 2 -5 p.m. on Monday, 10/31.  Press room hours are 8-6, Tuesday – Thursday, 8-3 on Friday.  Be sure to pick up any extras so you have them for requests after the show.

Remember that assembling your releases in an attractive press kit helps you stand out from other exhibitors.   A good rule of thumb is to prepare 25-30; keep 10 in your booth for editors that stop by, place 10-15 in the press room and have extras for samples.  You may lower this quantity if your target audience is very specific, such as the baking industry only.

PROCESS EXPO Editor Meetings
In all aspects of business, there is nothing more effective than a face-to-face meeting to make an impression on the individual you are trying to engage.  Media relations are no different.  Before the show, invite trade editors to visit your booth to see for themselves the products you are exhibiting.   This personal attention increases the chances that they will include your news in a future issue of their magazine.

If you need help taking advantage of these important public relations activities, contact Felicia at fwyrick@adfinitymarketing.com.
