Strengthening your HACCP and Food Safety Program

This seminar will focus on means of strengthening your company’s HACCP program through the support of metal detectors, checkweighers, and X-ray inspection systems. Additionally, the presentation will review HACCP’s supporting standards including those from the GFSI (Global Food safety Initiative).

About the presenter...

Camilo Sanchez is the LA Regional Sales Manager of Mettler Toledo Safeline.  Mr. Sanchez has over 10 years of experience in the processing and packaging industries helping customers develop and implement projects for product inspection using checkweighing, metal detection and X-ray technology.  Mr. Sanchez has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a MBA from the University of Florida.
