TIME: Thursday, Nov. 3, 10:00 - 11:00am
ROOM: Siemens Theater

Hailed as the most significant public health legislation in over 60 years, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) will impact every food processor worldwide.  While the legislation is directed primarily at foreign facilities that export to the United States, it is likely that international agreements and other factors will lead to some of the requirements being applicable to U.S. facilities.   This presentation will review key aspects of FSMA, the likely implementation steps, and how food processors can start to prepare for compliance.
